In Germany the rules of brewing are strict, and so it is forbidden to brew a Pilsner using wheat malt. Luckily, local traditions make room for exceptions like our KellerPils. Light and refreshing like a Pilsner, but with more complexity and great foam from the added wheat. The name stange refers to the tall, cylindrical glass the beer is served in, while this traditional Kellerbier is unfiltered and lightly hazy, as it would be fresh from the brewery's cellar. Recommended serving temp. 4-6˚C.
