Our creative brewer who came to us is 2013. Thomas has a brewmasters diploma from VLB in Berlin, and he has an enormous passion for beer and brewing. So much so in fact, that he even spends large amounts of his free time homebrewing even after a long day at Ægir. Thomas is always enthusiastic about new beers and has an endless creativity that continuously leads to new ideas and recipes.
